Friday Jan 17th

Today I pushed myself exceptionally hard at the gym. It felt great and I'm really pleased with the feeling I had when I left. I weighed myself on the way out and found that I'm down another few lbs to 315.6. This it the lowest I've been in some time which is definitely encouraging. I'm considering a new flow to what I do by going really heavy on cardio Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Then on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I put together a really good comprehensive weight routine. I'm a bit light on things I'm actually looking to accomplish today so I think I'll spend some time with that.
