Feeling really good right now. I just got out of a shower after doing about 45 minutes on a treadmill (walking, let's not get insane and forget what kind of body I currently reside in) at the gym this morning. I've eaten a breakfast that is at least not unreasonable (bagel with cheese) and I've started tracking all of my intake again. Sitting down now to one of my daily habits while I sip at my gargantuan water container to make sure I don't miss another day with it. I have a few things I want to accomplish today, mainly getting my kitchen into a more desirable state as I'm spending more time in there lately cooking more responsible meal choices for the family.
